I love this station!
The Doo Wop Express was a welcome find. Here in the L.A. market, even K-Earth 101 doesn’t play this stuff anymore. Growing up back in New York, I can remember when this music was Top 40 and WABC-AM was broadcasting it with so much wattage that when I would drive down to college at the University of Miami, I could receive the signal as far south as Jacksonville! Keep pumping out this tunes.
thanks Jay, we wanted to make sure our Oldies channel played the first, real definition of oldies and we’ll continue to do so.
this is a great station…but when you asked about the Chevy Impala I was expecting songs from 1957, since all the new cars came out in September of the “previous” year; (also see all of the new T.V. shows in September)…but keep up the good work–how about playinh “The Joker” by Billy Myles
LOVE YOUR OLDIES BEST of ALL
